Here is a recipe for Marmalade Crush Oyster Mignonette:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/4 cup finely minced shallots or red onion
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar or champagne vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon orange liqueur or 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
