About This Scene
Frank liked doing speaking engagements. Now that he'd nailed Rabbit, Frank probably didn't have anything to occupy his time. A man like that is going to get fidgety. Rabbit had caught Frank's act more than once, and it was always the same. He plans to create a situation where he can catch Frank in the act and make Frank assault him and videotape it to use as evidence of the assault.
